- Squad activity such as membership, goal progress, and messages.

- To sync activity, show progress, and update your companion.
- To support squads, shared goals, and chat.

- We use Amplitude to understand how people use Healthkin, such as which screens are visited and which features are used.
- Amplitude helps us improve the experience and troubleshoot issues. It does not record your passwords.
